To get listed on MacFonts.com there are rules.

These rules are here to keep things fair and to give the visitors a certain quality. What sites are listed on MacFonts.com are ultimately the choice of MacFonts.com.  We retain the right to refuse to list any site for any reason.
The Rules to get listed:
  • You must have a website with free clipart, fonts, photos or web graphics.
  • Your banner and description must be tasteful.
  • Your banner cannot contain images that you do not explicitly own.
  • Don't use all caps for your site title and description.
  • Only allowed to use the approved banners and textlinks from the bannerfarm to link to MacFonts.com.
  • Your e-mail address must be valid.
  • When editing your account info... the name you give as 'sitename' must be the real name of the site... not a description.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO sites with pop-up consoles, pop-up windows, or full page exit consoles pointing to MacFonts.com.
  • Acceptance of a site with other pop-up consoles and/or full page exit consoles will be soley dependent on how obtrusive I feel it is.
  • No hidden frames.
  • No false or circular links.
  • No links on anti-cheat doorway pages.
  • No blind or misleading links.
  • Only send hits from your site.
  • No banner exchanges using your MacFonts.com membership code
  • I will cancel your account if I notice that you're using tricks like generating traffic with the only intention to get a better ranking on MacFonts.com. For example, no redirected traffic from password sites, TGP submits, fake ../member/index.html pages, spam email, search engine links, hitbots etc.
  • Make sure that your sample picture is working. If the link to your sample picture is dead I probably will ask you to fix it. If you don't take care of this right away, I will remove you from the list.
  • The size of the sample picture only a few kb (as small as possible) and the width/height is max. 88x31.
  • If I don't like your site for whatever reason (to commercial, always down, etc.), you will be removed from the list.
  • Don't lie in your description.
A few remarks:
  • There are both textlinks and bannerlinks allowed.
  • If you created a new (or changed) textlink or banner, please mail me first and let me approve it.
  • You may use as many links to MacFonts.com as you want.
  • You may not vote or place comments on ANY site listed on MacFonts.com, including your own. Positive replies being the exception.
  • I'm always open for suggestions, ideas etc.
